Freestone's goal is to get you outside as easily and seamlessly as possible. We provide transportation, sustenance, and all the fly fishing equipment and camping gear you need. All we ask you to bring is a sleeping bag (20 or 30 degree rated, depending on the season), a backpack, and personal items. In addition, for those planning on fishing, please ensure that you have a current New York State fishing license. If you don't have a license, you can get one online or by phone by contacting the NYS DEC here.
The following is a suggested list of personal items to bring on your adventure:
Sturdy footwear, preferably waterproof
Optional: Crocs, sandals, or water shoes for fishing. Flip flops are not sturdy enough for hiking the streambed.
2 pairs of wool socks
Optional: Bathing suit, depending on your trip

Non-cotton long sleeve shirt
Midweight or lightweight fleece
Rain shell or poncho
Sun hat/baseball cap
